We are experienced as court appointed receiver during foreclosure processes. During the receivership phase, we leverage our other services to provide an efficient workout for the client. This includes acting as property manager upon final foreclosure and ultimately facilitating the disposition of the asset on behalf of the owner. As the client's court-appointed trustee, our client will be able to avoid liquidation after bankruptcy and/or be assisted in asset disposition.
