Oceancrest Advisory Services, LLC ("Oceancrest") headquartered in Wilmington, NC, with personnel in Charlotte and Raleigh, is a special assets advisory firm that offers bolt-on product and services that assist our bank clients with minimizing risk and maximizing investor returns. Our mission is to partner with our clients to provide a level of service and results that exceed expectations.

Oceancrest's services include site visits to portfolio properties; review of loan and credit files; correction of document exceptions; review of and assistance with implementation of policies and procedures including credit risk rating, appraisal ordering and review, and charge off and impairment tracking; preparation and implementation of asset action plans, including borrower contact, negotiations, workouts and modifications; creation and maintenance of electronic asset sale databases; NPL and REO disposition, including service as direct point of contact for investors.
